didnt wait too long until I was helped by a really friendly and knowledgable assistant - great start...
she helped me change details and reset passwords (including copying pages and having me sign in a couple of place) all within a matter of minutes
I thought I was in the twilight zone it all went so smoothly..
then I asked her to help me redeem some of those points and she was more than happy to turn her terminal around and navigate and help me eventually purchase a virtual voucher which would be sent via sms to my phone..
by this time I was ready to sign over any and all banking to this bank - it was amazing!!
I then asked how long before I got the voucher
"2 days"
...............................??
ummm, 2 days?? why 2 days??
"because we have to verify everything"
??seriously????
you just did everything
in the bank
at your computer
with my id plus copies
and me in front of you!
for a virtual voucher
to be sent to my phone...
- but it's still going to take 2 days
